Karimi is hugely experienced and skilled in international affairs, governance, peacebuilding, health, and socio-economic transformation. She uses her vast expertise and values-driven approach to guide Transform Trade as a member of the board.

Labour MEP for the North East of England from 2014 to 2020 and with a background in the trade union movement, Jude combines political expertise with a passion for justice in her work on the Transform Trade board.

Laurence has had a long career working in international development as a consultant with aid agencies and international financial institutions specialising in project management, evaluation studies, and supporting organisational change for governance reform. He brings this international expertise as a valued member of Transform Trade’s board.

Anita trained in human rights, humanitarian law, sociology and economics. She has great experience of working with grassroots groups to achieve change and brings a valuable perspective and expertise in her role on the Transform Trade board.

A passionate, data-driven and impact oriented leader Adamson has worked with CSOs in 25 African Countries in fostering civic space, capacities for civil societies and improving relations with governments.

With over 25 years of experience, France has dedicated her career to driving sustainable growth, social impact, and ethical practices for international organizations. Currently specialising in promoting sustainable harvesting practices and empowering wild plant collectors worldwide, France is passionate about climate action and social impact - committed to fostering collaboration in sustainability efforts.
